Originally from Texas, I moved to Sevier County with my husband and son in 2010. This year I am beginning my 5th year in education. While in Texas I was a Jr High PE teacher and athletic coach. When relocating to Tennessee I had the opportunity to stay at home with my children and will now begin my 4th year as an ESL teacher. Our son is a graduate of GPHS and now attends East Texas Baptist University and our daughter will be a Freshman at GPHS this year. 

When I am not teaching, you can find me reading a good book, spending time with family, enjoying the mountains, or taking quick trips to Texas to be with family. I am very excited for another year to be a part of the Pi Beta Phi community.
