I am a proud Mountaineer who was born and raised right here in Gatlinburg! I attended Pi Beta Phi Elementary School and graduated from Gatlinburg-Pittman High School before continuing my education at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Returning to work in the same community that helped shape me has truly been a full-circle experience.

I feel incredibly blessed to serve the students and families of Pi Beta Phi Elementary School. This school and community have always held a special place in my heart, and I love helping inspire the next generation of Mountaineers. I believe learning should be engaging, meaningful, and filled with opportunities for students to grow.

I am passionate about lifelong learning and am committed to continuing to grow as an educator and leader.

In 2024, I married my husband, Trevor, and in 2025 we welcomed our precious son, Theodore. We also have two mini Australian Shepherds, Apollo and Artemis! When I'm not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family and being outdoors.

Once a Mountaineer, always a Mountaineer—it's an honor to give back to the place that gave me so much.

Thanks,

Mackenzie "Brooke" Myers, M.S.
