My name is Laura Shaw and I am SO excited to be part of the Pi Beta Phi family!

I’m an Ohio girl at heart but I’ve been fortunate to call Tennessee home for the last 10 years. I received my Bachelor’s degree in 2020 and my Master’s degree in 2021 both from the University of Tennessee. Go Vols! I’m also a die hard Cincinnati Bengals fan — Who Dey!

When I’m not in the classroom I’m usually at the gym or at home with my three dogs, Rocky, Shadow, and Jackson.

I truly believe kindergarten is the most magical year in a child’s educational journey and I take that responsibility seriously — while also making sure we laugh, play, and learn every single day.

I am looking forward to an amazing year!
